Kokkock – Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

At Kokkock, we stand behind the durability and quality of our Titanium chopping boards. To give our customers peace of mind, we offer a Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please review the terms below carefully.

1. Coverage & Eligibility

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures that impact the normal functionality of the chopping board when used as intended.

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser
  • Is non-transferable

To qualify for a warranty replacement, customers must:

  • Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Provide proof of purchase from Kokkock
  • Confirm the product has been used solely for food preparation and normal household use

2. What Is Covered

The Lifetime Warranty includes:

✅ Structural Defects
Bending, warping, cracking, or breaking under normal kitchen use.

✅ Material or Workmanship Defects
Manufacturing flaws that affect performance, safety, or usability.

3. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

❌ Surface Marks & Wear
Scratches, knife marks, minor dents, or cosmetic wear from normal use.

❌ Discoloration or Staining
Changes in appearance caused by food, cleaning agents, heat, or aging.

❌ Accidental or Intentional Damage
Damage caused by dropping, misuse, abuse, alterations, or modifications.

❌ Improper Care or Maintenance
Damage resulting from harsh chemicals, incorrect cleaning methods, or neglect.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a Lifetime Warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at 📧 cs@kokkock.com

  2. Use the subject line:
    Lifetime Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]

  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue

  4. Include your order number and purchase details

Our support team will review your claim and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

5. Additional Information

  • If approved, we will provide a free replacement (same or similar product, subject to availability).
  • We may request the return of the defective product before issuing a replacement.
  • This warranty applies to personal household use only and does not cover commercial or industrial use.

By purchasing from Kokkock, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Lifetime Warranty is subject to fair use
  • All claims are evaluated at Kokkock’s reasonable discretion
