🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Friendly Reminder

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to offer store credit or replacements due to usage and hygiene reasons.

Free items received through any promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We do not provide return shipping labels. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your return can be tracked, please use a tracked shipping method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Used, worn, or damaged items

✅ RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, all conditions below must be met:

  • The return must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of delivery
  • Item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, which must also be in original condition
  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted

Before sending your return, please take a clear photo of the item(s). This allows us to verify the condition prior to return. Thank you for your cooperation.


💳 STORE CREDIT ONLY

Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, you will be issued a Store Credit equal to the price paid for the returned item(s).

  • Store credit is issued as a digital gift card via email
  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Gift cards may be transferred to another person

Please note:

  • We do not offer cash or card refunds
  • No exceptions can be made, including cases where items are out of stock or delayed
